Our Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat rate for shipping to common populated areas. This is shown during the checkout process.

• We charge a flat rate plus premium for shipping to remote and difficult areas. This is determined by the shipper following their policies. The premium, if charged, will be notified to the buyer by email before further processing of their order. A return email is required approving the premium charge before we can fulfill your order. 

 

Our Shipping Practices

• We  use commercial carriers and rely on their insurance coverage for all damages that may incur during the shipping process.​

• We are not responsible for any delays that may occur for whatever reason during the shipping.

• Only information required by the carrier is relayed to same. This would include the receiving location's telephone/cell number which is a requirement of the carrier.

Our Shipping Packages

• Your art will be packed according to standard practices to ensure least opportunity of damage during transit.

• In the event a return of the art is required, this packaging is required before shipping.

 

Our Return Policy

• All products wishing to be returned must be pre-approved.

• All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery confirmation by the Shipper.

• Pre-approval may require supporting photos supplied to us by email.

• As each order is prepared personally for your order, an accepted cancellation reason is required. Sample acceptable reasons for returns include damaged frames or print.
